This game stated well until I lost the submit button for my tiles. The instructions are vague and written for people who would know what the terms mean. It's frustrating when I paid for it.

SOOOOOOOO NOT COOL!!
I've been playing Words By Post since the app was introduced ...best "Scrabble" and probably best overall game app.
Been playing happily for years, today mid-game it stopped working. Happens every few months, which is frustrating for a paid game. Told me to restart (although there's no way to do that). Deleted and reinstalled, won't let me log back in, no way to report a problem except here. GRRRR!!
The game was working fine until 5/5/17. It stopped refreshing my games. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app with the same user name and password, but the game won't even let me sign in now. It won't even let me create a new user name and password. Love the game, had over 2,000 completed games and currently had 15 going. Can't even contact customer service because I can't get signed in.
The Problem with this is game is you allow one individual to have 10 names all being identical, and all in the top 20 placings, this ruins the way the top 100 table looks. either it's an obsession with the individual or you yourself haven't noticed or even care to notice if i had my way i would delete every name identical with the top first placing.. has i very well know it's the same individual.

I rated this game about a year ago and I loved the game then and I love the game now! It doesn't crash, freeze or gum up! Word Feud and Words by Post are the only two scrabble games which are so consistent!
Really love this game, Jeff. And the modest fee you charge for the non-ad version is money well spent. Thanks for the best app on my smarter-than-me phone.
